Kirsty Ludbrook is an award-winning creative director, brand strategist and designer with more than 25 years experience leading design teams.
Kirsty is a highly experienced project manager, enabling full agency services for small to large scale projects. Her personal experience spans both design and strategy — from facilitating brand workshops and developing creative strategies — to executing all aspects of design across digital experience, motion, packaging, specialist printing, editorial, signage, instore experience and branded environment.
Her expertise spans the industries of hospitality, hotels, corporate, government, fashion and retail, with a focus on bringing brands seamlessly to life with a consistent personality and tone of voice.
Kirsty was named by the Bulletin magazine as one of Australia’s Top 10 creatives and was nominated for Young Businesswoman of the Year. Past clients include contracts with the RTA, NSW Government Architect’s office, Subaru, Sass and Bide, Sony Music, Austereo, Channel 7, MacPherson’s Consumer Products (UK), Samsung, BMG, L’Oreal, and Citizen Watches.
Kirsty is a graduate of Sydney University, AWARD School, and the Mini-MBA in Marketing, and is a mentor for AGDA and General Assembly. She is also a current member of the Brand Design Masters Guild.

Richard is an experienced web developer and photographer with over 25 years of experience as an image-maker. After cutting his teeth shooting for Vogue Living and other lifestyle magazines, he built a career as a busy editorial and advertising photographer while also building Australia’s first professional studio complex, Pioneer Studios. In 2006, Richard built Sun Studios, which later sold to Canon Australia in 2013. Sun Studios remains Australia's premier studio complex.
Past and present clients include Vogue Living, Vogue Entertaining, Vogue Australia, Harpers Bazaar, Belle Magazine, David Jones, Myers, Hyatt Hotels, Speedo, Pantene, Levi Jeans, Coca Cola Amatil, Karma Resorts, Alila Hotels, Oazia Spa Resort, and Elle Decor amongst many others.
