The Wellness Summit Asia Pacific is the region’s leading annual event for wellness, spa and hospitality leaders — a three-day conference bringing together innovators, operators and visionaries from across the global industry. This year hosted at Gwinganna Wellness Retreat in Queensland, the Summit celebrates innovation, sustainability and connection at the highest level.

Ludbrook Agency was engaged to evolve the Summit’s identity through considered health and wellness branding — creating a bold new visual and verbal language capable of representing not just an event, but a core industry body.

The Challenge:

The Wellness Summit had outgrown its existing identity. As the event expanded its reach across the Asia Pacific region and beyond, the brand needed to match that ambition — moving from a local conference aesthetic to a dynamic, authoritative presence in the global wellness community.

Our aim in this wellness branding project was to build a visual system capable of scaling across cultures, territories and contexts, while remaining instantly recognisable and deeply connected to the world of health and wellness.

Our Approach:

We began with brand positioning and developing a messaging matrix, establishing a clear hierarchy of recognition to anchor every design decision. From this foundation, we developed a bold, ownable brandmark — designed for immediate impact across large-format wayfinding, stage graphics, digital channels and delegate communications.

A rich, emotive colour palette and immersive imagery direction were developed to evoke the sensory and transformational nature of wellness — ensuring the Summit commands the same authority on screen as it does in person.

The identity system was designed to operate across print marketing, digital channels and event collateral — from large-format signage to social media and delegate communications. Built on the same principles that guide our broader health and wellness web design and branding work, the system is future-proofed: flexible enough to adapt across new territories and evolving formats, while retaining a cohesive visual language at every touchpoint.
